Apply for IVA's 100 list 2021 with research that can contribute to sustainable crisis preparedness

The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, IVA, calls for research in engineering and economic sciences focused on sustainable preparedness for future crises to go on its 100 List 2021. The last day to apply is 21 March.

Are you looking for opportunities to collaborate with business and the surrounding society to translate your research into actual societal benefits? Is your research linked to sustainable crisis preparedness? If so, go ahead and apply for IVA's 100 list 2021.

With the 100 List 2021, IVA wants to highlight and facilitate the utilisation of research that can contribute to meeting complex challenges associated with crisis management and rebuilding after a crisis, as well as prevention and preparedness for future crises.

Value creation and application areas

To make the list, your research must be ready to be put to use in the foreseeable future. It must also create value for the Swedish private or public sectors through, for example, industrial commercialisation or business and method development, or by impacting society and helping to improve societal resilience.

The research must be applicable in one or more of the following areas:

  • Smart industry 
  • Circular economy
  • Society and prosperity 
  • Infrastructure
  • Business models
  • Green industries

Application

The list is open to researchers and research teams. The last day to apply for IVA's 100 list 2021 is 21 March.
